Iuppa Wine Resort was created by restoring an old 19th-century Etna wine press, a place steeped in history that has now been brought back to life as a venue dedicated to hospitality, wine and the beauty of the landscape.
Here, the restoration work has restored the original stones, the ancient vats and the historic rooms to their former glory, transforming them into elegant and atmospheric spaces without compromising their authentic spirit.
The resort is situated in Milo, in a prime location offering one of the most spectacular views of eastern Mount Etna.
From the terrace, the view opens out onto the Ionian Sea, offering a sweeping, sun-drenched panorama that takes in the port of Riposto, Taormina and the coastline stretching as far as Syracuse. On the clearest days, Calabria seems very close by, whilst all around, terraced vineyards create a landscape of rare beauty.

Behind us, majestic and silent, Mount Etna dominates the scene.
The volcano, with its south-eastern crater, watches over this corner of Sicily, where nature, wine and the landscape coexist in extraordinary harmony.
It is precisely this constant interplay between sea and mountains that makes the experience at the Iuppa Wine Resort so unique.
The large panoramic terrace is the heart of the visitor experience. It is a space designed to allow you to experience the local area with all your senses, surrounded by light, fresh air and the scents of the vineyard. Here, time seems to slow down, whilst the view accompanies every moment of your visit, from savouring a glass of wine to a lunch showcasing the flavours of the region.
Inside, the restored wine press rooms welcome guests into spaces of extraordinary atmosphere. The tasting room has been designed to showcase the story of Cantine Iuppa’s wines in a setting of great elegance and harmony with the landscape.
The ancient vats of the wine press, carefully restored with respect for the original structure, provide an evocative backdrop for special occasions, tastings and events.
