Pinin is our tribute to Pippo Iuppa, the father of our founder. It is made from 100-year-old, free-range, indigenous grapes, including "relic" varieties recovered with commitment and passion from an ancient vineyard found among the brambles on our property. These vines are twisted saplings that have met the challenge of time and still give us the exclusivity of a rare and authentic product. Scrupulous selection of the finest bunches, careful vinification adhering to traditional methods, and aging in ideal conditions are the focus of this project. Our best way to thank Pinin.
