A champenoise method sparkling wine with exceptional freshness, elegance, boldness, and character. Made from Nerello Mascalese grapes, hand-harvested from vineyards planted in Milo’s Contrada Salice on the eastern slope of the volcano 700 meters above sea level. Our spumante ages a minimum of 36 months on its lees which contributes mouth-watering, luscious aromas and flavors.
